How do I access Fast Tracks?

My quiz link is not working
If the video course has an associated quiz, the link will be located once you open the video. The link will show in the description but you can not click the link until you open the video. To open a video from a course listing, click on the video above the description.
Video Access
Why does it say "No Videos to Show" when I click on a course?
You will only have access to videos based on your purchased plan. You will get this message if you do not have access to any videos within that course. To purchase addtional lessons or specialty courses click here

How do I give my staff access to the trainings?
You can invite your staff members by completing the "Add additional Log Ins" form located in your Manage my Account Page. Your account has a maximum number of log ins allowed. If you have exceeded your allowed amount you will have the option to purchase addtional log ins.
Can staff members use the same log in?
Log in sharing is strictly prohibited on CS EYE Academy. If your account shows this activity it will be deactivated. Log in sharing also causes issues with staff reports and access. Please go to "Manage My Account" page to manage your log ins. You can add, remove or replace log ins.
Managing My Account
How do I give my staff access to the trainings?

Can I remove or replace a former staff member?
You can replace a staff member by using the "Replace Users on your Account" form located in your Manage my Account Page. If you wish to completely remove a staff members access contact support at support@cseye.biz or click here
I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?
From the log in screen, choose the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
There are 2 ways to change your password.
1. Click on "Account" from the main viewing screen and choose "Change Password" from the dropdown.
2. Click on "My Account" from the main site page and under Manage My Account you will see an option to change your password.
